Dublin Oak Academy cooperates with you in the integral formation of your son. This is accomplished through a unique and personalised motto: to teach, to educate, to form.
Dublin Oak’s curriculum is designed both to support and challenge your son’s abilities in an English speaking environment.
There are three different Academic Courses at Dublin Oak:
Annual Course - September to June
This course runs from September through early June. It is divided into three terms. Each one of them concludes with an examination. Irish curriculum is followed in addition to a number of intensive language activities for the mastery of spoken English. Foreign students, according to their English level, take the Cambridge's Examinations.
Autumn Course - September to December
This programme runs from September to December. It is intended for those who wish to study at Dublin Oak during the first three months of the Annual Course.
Spring Course - January to June
This programme is offered to students who wish to finish their school year at Dublin Oak. Those who enroll in this programme arrive in early January and stay until the end of the school year. Students follow the same schedule of activities as those enrolled in the Annual Course.
Grade Levels & The Irish Syllabus
Dublin Oak Academy offers courses for boys in 7th, 8th and 9th grade. Our Academic programme follows the Irish syllabus and contains some special subjects such as English as a Foreign Language (EFL), Reading Plus and Spanish (for students with Spanish as mother tongue).
